We at CULACCINO | SAREE STUDIO ensure to uphold high standards of online shopping experience and each item delivered to you is 100% wearable and sustainable.

We have a two days exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

NOTE: We only exchange sizes. We don't have any pickup service. To get exchange on any article, customer will have to send it back to us. We will dispatch the new exchanged item after receiving.

NOTE: We don't offer exchanges on Unstitched articles, in any case.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
